Needs a few more features for the price paid
I really like this tv, but needs better audio output interface such as an adapter from optical to 6mm and rca outputs like Toshiba has for people with hearing problems. Otherwise I love it!

Great TV (with one quirk)
So, we’ve had this TV for about 6 months now and I feel confident that i can provide an accurate review. The picture on this thing is amazing! We upgraded from a 55″ LG LCD that was about 8 years old and this blows the old one away. I also love the built in apps. We have Spectrum cable/internet, so we love that we can use the Spectrum app without the need for a cable box on this TV. Other apps like Disney+, HBO, Amazon, Netflix, and Google Play are also a huge plus. The only weird thing with the TV occurs when we turn it off. Every now and then, it will miraculously turn back on. I am not sure what is causing this, but so far we are just dealing with it. Overall, I would highly recommend this (or any other QLED) TV from Samsung.

Poor remote
I purchased this 3 months ago updated my previous 1080p set. It has great color and I have no issues with the refresh rate (not a gamer and it’s fine with movies). The sound from the TV alone is very good. My issues are with some features that are unnecessary and some that are require scanning through menus. For example, there is a dedicated button for Netflix. I’m never going to need that. I use my surround system to watch all movies not apps on the TV. Plus it’s just another app and is easily accessible through the Menu button. The ambient mode is something else I’m never going to need or use. That doesn’t need a designated button either. I’ve completely turned off Bixby. First the voice recognition never understood what I was asking. Second, it would interupt programming by turning on by itself without my pushing the microphone button. Changing Bixby’s settings didn’t help. Missing on the remote are a source or input button which would be helpful switching between different HDMI inputs. It’d be nice to have a settings button also. Settings and source have to be accessed through Menu and then scrolling far left. I understand the idea was to have this all work by voice but it doesn’t plus there is not reason it couldn’t have a functional remote and voice activation if Samsung ever perfects it which I’m sure they will. I do recommend the TV for picture quality/resolution/color/contrast, which was the reason I bought it.

Great TV
This TV replaced my 2010 52″ Sony TV.This is my second Samsung TV’s and love it.I feel that this TV has a lot of great features and the sound is awesome for TV speakers. I highly recommend this TV, to anyone who is looking for a all around solid performer, and with the full array with Local dimming the Blacks look wonderful.

Great technology
The TV has great video, sound, connectivity, and technology. All these are absolutely first class. But the software for the streaming side of things is extremely poor in that apps are pre-installed that clutter up the home screen, and those apps can not be deleted or even moved from their sequence on the home screen. So if you want to use your own app you have to scroll through 15 or so preinstalled apps for which you have no interest just to be able to easily use the app you want to use. This limiitation of the smartapps feauture of this TV really needs to be addressed in some software update.

The Picture Pop’s!
We purchased this set a couple a months ago for or Florida Room thats well lit from sunlight. This set did not disappoint! We had a few guest over for the Superbowl an one of our guest stated you can almost see the individual blades of grass on the field! We’re definitely satisfied especially when coupled with Xfinity which had free 4k movies and programing.We will be enjoying this set for years to come.
