Very pleased with the purchase. Is a great TV for the price. Easy to use remote that does it all. This is 2nd Samsung series 8 TV since we enjoyed the 2018 model in Living Room, so much we upgraded our Bedroom this year to the 2019 identical model with technology upgrades in TV

Good TV for the price
Picture – 5/5. Apps – 5/5. Setup – 4/5. Remote 3/5. Setup missed one star as it’s necessary to select “Dolby” when watching movies through an App. (The movie must support 5.1 etc …) Setting up a cable box with surround sound, simple. I also puchased the Q90 soundbar to go with this TV. Remote … It is small, sleek, and simple to use. However … my service providers HD channels are 4 digits long. I am able to hit 4 digit numbers maybe 5% of the time. If I say 1602, I either get 16, 160, or 102. I’ve tried different variations to include, sixteen zero two, one thousand six hundred two, one six zero two, and end up with two or three digits being recognized. I have tried all three settings, slow, normal, fast. (speed the TV communicates with the cable box) – still no luck. I have researched online without success. Don’t get me wrong, I love the TV .. picture quality, apps, all the reasons I purchased this TV. I am disappointed with the need to use two remotes. I have DL’d the App, which is a 5/5, It’s a pain to open the App every time I want to change channels. I know … first world problems … right?

I bought this 65 in Samsung to replace my old 10 yr old Samsung, I am very satisfied with the picture, its everything they said it would be, My issue is I am hearing impaired an need my headphones to hear clearly ,But the TV has no audio output jacks. Very disappointed and thinking about returning it. Can you help me?

Wow!
I’ve been using an Asus art monitor since 2013, just to reference my knowledge of color. I got this tv by mistake. Best mistake I have ever made! The colors are insane! It took me close to 10 hours to calibrate it but it was worth every hour! I currently use this tv as the main monitor in my design set up. I notice no input lag difference when switching between my computer monitor and this tv…Bravo Samsung!
